Twenty-five years ago, Romania was a different place —and so was I. What started as a journey shaped by uncertainty and hope became something deeper - a collection of stories, people I met and moments that taught me what leadership really means. Not titles. Not power. But the impact of people — quiet, lastingand often unexpected.It is their voices that shaped and continue to shape the leadership, business and cultural landscape of Romania. This first volume features 50 leaders with whom, as a facilitator and coach, I have worked with professionally, known personally or met briefly. Everyone of them has a genuine desire to make a difference and I was keen to capture and document, through informal conversations, their authentic voices in a concise format. For this reason each conversation was distilled and edited to approximately 100 words.
